The Classic Safety Shoe is NRCS approved with a safety category rating of SB + A + E. This means the shoe has undergone and passsed extensive safety testing from international testing facilities and has been approved to meet the standards of a steel toe cap to withstand 200 KJ of pressure, is antistatic to protect wearers from electrical shocks, and has energy absorption qualities in the heel section which reduces the impact on the heel from landing on a hard surface.

The shoe has also been designed with improved traction on the dual density PU outsole for additional slip-resistance on slippery surfaces. This is important for reducing slips and falls which can result in serious injuries and increases employee time-off from work.

The shoe has been manufactured using a durable genuine split bufallo leather with a combination of triple and double stitching to increase the longevity for the wearer.
